Where is my order?

Every order gets its own private tracking link. It was sent to you by email and WhatsApp the moment the order was placed, open that link and it will show the current status, the payment state, and the courier tracking number once the parcel is dispatched.

Cannot find the link?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number (it looks like SASS-1042) or the phone number you ordered with, and we will send the link again straight away. We do not have a login system, so there is no password to reset.

Why order links are private

Your tracking link contains a random token rather than a guessable order number. That is deliberate: without it, anyone could count through order numbers and read other customers names, phone numbers and home addresses.
