Where we ship

We ship across India from our base in Gujarat. Enter your pincode at checkout and the site will tell you the delivery estimate, the shipping charge and whether cash on delivery is available before you pay anything.

Delivery estimates

• Local (Ahmedabad area): 1–2 working days
• Rest of Gujarat: 2–3 working days
• Metro cities: 3–5 working days
• Rest of India: 5–8 working days
• Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, the North-East and island territories: 7–12 working days

These are estimates from the day your order is dispatched, not from the day you place it. Prepaid orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Cash on delivery orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of phone verification.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated by destination zone and parcel weight, and is shown in full at checkout before payment. Orders above ₹999 ship free to all zones except remote areas, where distance genuinely costs us more than we can absorb.

During festive periods

Around Diwali, Christmas and the wedding season, courier networks slow down considerably. When that happens we display an honest dispatch delay on the site rather than quietly missing the estimate. If your order is going to be late, we will message you before you have to ask.

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged

Tell us within 48 hours of the delivery date. Send a photo of the outer packaging along with the contents. If the courier has lost or damaged the parcel we will replace the order or refund it in full, that is our problem to resolve with the courier, not yours.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address and pincode carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, we will happily resend it, but the second shipping charge has to be paid by you.
