Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Just message us. If you have already paid, the refund is issued to the same UPI ID or bank account within 5–7 working days. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned under the terms below.

Faulty or dead on arrival

If a product does not work, or works only partially, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send a short video of the fault on WhatsApp. That is usually all we need. We will replace it or refund it, and we pay the shipping in both directions. You are not out of pocket for a product that failed.

Changed your mind

You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping in this case is paid by you. The product needs to be in resellable condition, unused, with all accessories, remotes and packaging included.

What we cannot accept back

• Strip lighting that has been cut to length
• Custom or bulk orders made specifically for you
• Products damaged by incorrect installation, wrong voltage or outdoor use of an indoor-rated product
• Products returned after 7 days from delivery

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. UPI payments are refunded to the same UPI ID. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account in the name of the person who placed the order. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned product, or immediately on approval for a dead-on-arrival claim.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98XXXXXXXX or email support@sasselectronics.com with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. There is no form to fill in and no ticket number to quote.
