Who we are
This website is operated by SASS Electronics, TODO: Shop / building, TODO: Street, Area, TODO: City, TODO: State TODO, India. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to SASS Electronics. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including real measurements, LED counts and IP ratings. Screens vary, so colours, particularly colour temperature, may look slightly different on your device than in person. Where a difference would matter, we would rather you asked us before ordering.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment, or for cash on delivery when we verify your phone number. Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item has just sold out, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if we suspect fraud.
Pricing errors
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We check our pricing carefully, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will always contact you first.
Payment
We accept UPI and cash on delivery, and bank transfer for larger orders. UPI payments are verified manually against our bank records before an order is confirmed, this usually happens twice a day. We never see, store or process your card details.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Safe use
These are electrical products. Use them only as described, on the voltage stated, and within their IP rating. Do not use indoor-rated products outdoors unprotected, do not overload extension boards, and do not modify wiring. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of TODO: City, TODO: State.
