Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we can get away with, and we do not sell it. This policy explains what we hold and why, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and delivery address, needed to deliver your order
• Your email address, if you give it, used to send order confirmations
• Your order history and payment reference (UTR), needed to confirm payment and handle returns
• Basic analytics about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited

What we do not collect

We never see or store card numbers, UPI PINs, bank passwords or CVVs. We do not ask for them, and no page on this site will ever request them. If anything claiming to be us asks you for a PIN or an OTP to receive a refund, it is a fraud attempt, refunds never require either.

Who we share it with

• Our courier partner, your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver
• Our email provider, your email address, to send order updates
• Our SMS provider, your phone number, to send verification codes and dispatch alerts

That is the complete list. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not build profiles on you.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Phone verification codes are deleted within minutes. If you want your personal data deleted and you have no open orders, email us and we will do it.

Cookies

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your cart between visits. We also use analytics to understand which pages are useful. Your cart is stored in your own browser and never leaves your device until you check out.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted. Email support@sasselectronics.com and we will respond within 30 days.
