Replacement Warranty

What every product carries

Every product carries a minimum 7-day dead-on-arrival replacement. If it does not work when it reaches you, we replace it and cover the shipping both ways.

Longer warranties

Individual products carry longer replacement warranties where the manufacturing quality justifies it, typically 6 months on decorative strings and 12 months on focus lights, drivers and strip lighting. The exact period is stated on each product page under Specifications. Where a page says nothing, the 7-day cover applies.

What the warranty covers

• LEDs that fail or dim significantly in normal use
• Controllers, drivers and remotes that stop working
• Wiring or solder joints that fail without physical damage

What it does not cover

• Physical damage, crushing, or wire cut or pulled through
• Water damage to a product rated IP20 or IP44 that was used outdoors unprotected
• Damage from voltage spikes, incorrect drivers, or wiring the product to the wrong supply
• Normal cosmetic wear, discolouration of clear wire in sunlight
• Products modified, cut or resoldered by anyone other than us

Before you claim, try this

About half the faults reported to us are a loose plug, a tripped socket, or a fuse inside the controller housing rather than a failed product. Check the socket with something else, check the fuse if the controller has one, and check both ends of the connector. If it is still dead, message us and we will sort it out.

A note on product safety

LED lighting chains sold in India are covered by the BIS Compulsory Registration Scheme under IS 10322. We ask every supplier for their BIS registration number and keep the paperwork on file. Never run a decorative lighting string from a damaged socket, an overloaded extension board, or an unearthed supply.
